AI MARKETING & FASHION COMMUNICATION COURSE 

Objective: to teach fashion professionals and companies how to practically use artificial intelligence tools to enhance branding, digital communication, e-commerce, and lead generation.

Structure • 24 hours live (lessons and interactive workshops with practical cases) • 16 hours on demand (tutorials on AI tools, downloadable toolkits, guided exercises)


PROGRAM


Module 1 – Fundamentals of AI for Fashion (6 hours)

  • What AI means in marketing and why it revolutionizes fashion
  • Types of applicable AI: generative, predictive, automation
  • Overview of the most useful tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Runway, Jasper, Gamma, Synthesia, etc.) Operational output: customized map of AI tools for the fashion sector.

Module 2 – Content Creation with AI (10 hours)

  • Prompt design: how to write effective commands
  • Create copy for social campaigns, newsletters, brand storytelling
  • Generate fashion images with AI (lookbook, campaigns, moodboard)
  • Creation of fashion videos and ads with AI Operational output: development of a complete mini social campaign (texts + AI images + demo video).

Module 3 – E-commerce and AI-driven customer experience (8 hours)

  • AI to optimize product descriptions and technical sheets
  • Chatbots for customer care and digital personal shoppers
  • Recommendations and personalization of the shopping experience
  • AI tools to improve SEO and product sheets

Operational output: creation of 3 fashion product sheets generated and optimized with AI.

 

Module 4 – Lead generation and advertising with AI (8 hours)

  • Create ad campaigns with copy and visuals generated by AI
  • Optimize budget and targets with predictive algorithms
  • AI Funnel: from acquisition to automated nurturing
  • Data analysis and KPIs with AI for faster decisions

Operational output: simulation of an AI-based lead generation funnel (ad + landing + email sequence).

 

Module 5 – AI Strategy and the future of fashion marketing (8 hours)

  • How to integrate AI into the strategic and operational plan
  • Risks, limits, and ethics in the use of artificial intelligence
  • International case studies: fashion brands that are already successfully using AI
  • Roadmap for implementing AI in the company

Final operational output (Project Work): development of an AI Marketing Plan for a fashion brand, with content, e-commerce, advertising, and customer experience.
