2. Types of data processed

YOURFUTUREACADEMY processes the following categories of personal data:

  • Billing and payment data(necessary for the purchase of courses)

  • Access data to the e-learning platform(username, access logs)

  • Platform usage data(course progress, video viewing progress)

  • Technical navigation data(system log)

No special data is processed (art. 9 GDPR).

3. Purposes of processing and legal bases

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Access to on-demand video courses

Data processing is carried out using IT and telematic tools, with logic strictly related to the indicated purposes and in compliance with the security measures provided by the GDPR.

5. Recipients of the data

Personal data may be communicated to external parties acting asData Processors, including:

  • Providers of hosting services and e-learning platforms

  • Payment service providers

  • IT service providers and technical support

  • Accounting and tax consultants

These parties process the data exclusively on behalf of the Data Controller and in compliance with current regulations.

The data is not disseminated.

6. Transfer of data outside the EU

Some tools used (e.g., statistical analysis services or video hosting) may involve the transfer of data to non-EU countries.

In such cases, the transfer is carried out in compliance with Articles 44 and following of the GDPR, through:

  • decisions of adequacy by the European Commission or

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission

  • E-learning account data:for the entire duration of the enrollment and until the request for cancellation

  • Marketing data:until consent is revoked

  • Browsing data:as indicated in the Cookie Policy


8. Rights of the data subject

The data subject may exercise at any time the rights provided for in Articles 15–22 GDPR, including:

  • Access to data

  • Rectification and updating

  • Deletion (right to be forgotten)

  • Restriction of processing

  • Objection to processing

  • Data portability

  • Withdrawal of consent (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal)
