PROGRAM


The course provides the essential tools to competently tackle an export project, with a cross-cutting approach that adaptsnot only to the fashion sector but to any production area.

You will learn to identify market potentials and select countries objectively, evaluate international competitors through an analytical matrix, and select traditional and digital sales channels.

You will acquire skills in budgeting, operational sales planning using Gantt charts, where we can utilize artificial intelligence, and monitoring results through KPIs.

 

Objectives

1. Identify and objectively assess market potentials, even with the help of artificial intelligence.

2. Choose the sales channels best suited to the company's needs, understanding the dynamics of both traditional and digital channels.

3. Develop realistic budget forecasts for sales and costs.

4. Use Gantt charts for effective marketing activity management.

5. Apply Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate the results of the marketing plan.
